Shipping policy
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) although occasionally this can take longer, especially during times of high volume such as holidays, during trade shows or sales. We ship all orders complete, so stock items placed on the same order as custom preorder or backorder items will usually ship when all items are available. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Since shipping rates vary based upon an orders size, weight, and destination, the most accurate way to get a shipping cost estimate is to use the shipping rate calculator at the bottom of the "shopping cart" page of our website.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally to most countries; available shipping carriers vary by destination country. Please use the shipping calculator in our shopping cart for shipping rates.
It's impossible for us to maintain a database of all taxes/duties/VAT/brokerage costs for the countries we ship to. These fees are charged by a shipment's destination country and customs agency / shipping carrier. For the most accurate information, please contact the respective delivery carriers in your country.
How long will it take my order to be delivered?
We recommend USPS priority mail for most orders within the US, as it's an economical solution and delivers in 2-3 days. We ship internationally via first class postal service and DHL. USPS is often the most economical shipping method however delivery times vary widely depending on customs processing time. Average transit times can be from 2-4 weeks depending on destination country, and in rare occasions can take up to 8-12 weeks. Occasionally this transit time is longer due to Covid-19. For faster international delivery, please choose DHL shipping at checkout. Estimated transit times for DHL and UPS can be found in the "time and cost" calculators on their respective websites. We ship from Clarion, PA 16214.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders, please contact us at info@senecawoodworking.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@senecawoodworking.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
